Makhan malai

Malai Makkhan or Makhan Malai, also called ''Nimish'' is a sweet snack made from milk cream during the winters in North India especially in cities of Lucknow,〔(Malai Makhan: Lucknow ) Trip Advisor.〕 Kanpur, Varanasi (and some other parts of Uttar Pradesh state).
Even though it literally translates to cream butter, it has neither. It is mostly sold by old sweet shops and some sellers who carry it in earthen pot on bicycles.
Another meaning of makhan is to use sweet words in order to obtain something from that person. etc. " sohaib said to Nasar "nice beard, now can I have some snacks please"
